In addition to our Commercial Carpet Cleaning, we offer an facility services and floor maintenance programs. We help create cleaning and maintenance programs specific for your needs and the needs of your facility and budget. We establish a cleaning and maintenance schedule for the year, and you simply pay a monthly rate. These programs include scheduled services for the year including emergency spill coverage along with any carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, furniture cleaning, air duct leaning, dryer vent cleaning, rug cleaning, LVP Floor cleaning, and any other service and floor maintenance your facility may be in need of.

This program is perfect for facilities that operate on strict budgets. And the Facility Services Floor Maintenance Program can also include:

• Furniture Cleaning
• Walk Off Mats
• Janitorial Services
