Our process

  • Pre-Inspection This is done the day of the appointment.
  • Pre-Vacuum Necessary to get out all dry soil before hot water extraction.
  • Pre-Conditioner Our pre-spray breaks down the soils caught deep within the fibers that are unremovable by a vacuum.
  • Agitation This will remove discoloration in major traffic areas that are caused by the soil that are embedded in the fibers of the carpet.
  • Hot Water Extraction Rinses out the pre-spray and soil with pressurized water for proper disposal of the dirt & grime.
  • Carpet Protector** This is the best way to protect your carpet & upholstery from everyday stains or oils. It is safe for your children and pets, which is important to us.
  • Dry Time Fans can be left for a quicker dry time depending on your location.
  • Pets & Odors Pre-Visit -When you have pet stains, odors or other concerns we recommend prior to your appointment to inspect to make sure we are properly prepared

**Carpet Protector is only done when agreed upon prior to your carpet cleaning appointment.

How to participate

  1. We come clean your carpets.
  2. You pay as usual on the day of.
  3. We then divide that amount into 12 monthly automatic installments that are easy on your budget. The first withdrawal happens 30 days later.
  4. We will schedule your maintenance cleaning in 6 months and the regular cleaning in 12 months.
  5. You can schedule or we will call to schedule your yearly wall to wall cleaning.
