A Multi-Layered Problem
Over time, urine will penetrate through the carpet and pad and ever into the floor below. This means that normal cleaning cannot get to the “source” of the problem.

To determine exactly where the contamination is, we use a special ultraviolet light. The special light helps to illuminate the urine spots so we can determine exactly where the treatment is required. The problem areas are then flooded with a special neutralizer, using a “sub-surface extraction” tool, the contamination is rinsed from all the affected layers.
